Marcia Delaney

Project Director

Marcia Delaney is a Project Director with Insight to Action.   She has over 15 years of marketing experience, spanning a multitude of industries including food, beverages, specialty chemicals, and insurance.

Prior to consulting, Marcia worked in brand management, where she held roles of increasing responsibility at Quaker Oats Company, S.J. Johnson and Sons, Diageo PLC, and Allstate.   In these roles, Marcia managed a diversity of business situations, including turn-around, aggressive growth, and profit maximization.   Marcia's experience includes new product development (ideation through launch), mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, and the creation/optimization of customer experiences.

In addition to corporate experience, Marcia also has experience running and growing entrepreneurial businesses. She was the owner of a Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburger franchise, and was asked to take on additional stores after only one year, based on business results. She is also the owner of a real estate company which focuses on relocating families out of devastated neighborhoods into affluent communities with better educational and job opportunities. 

Marcia holds an MBA from Indiana University in Marketing and Organizational Behavior, and a B.S. from Syracuse University.
