Leslie brings considerable experience (over 15 years) working in strategic planning, enterprise challenges, marketing and innovation initiatives while simultaneously strengthening the leadership and organizational dynamics that ultimately drive strategic success.  She has worked with well-known Fortune 1000 consumer goods, financial products, national restaurant and, manufacturing organizations as well as educational institutions. . Before founding Idea Resources, she worked for The Leo Burnett Company, and J.Walter Thompson in Client Service.

Leslie has taught as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University  where she received both her Masters Degrees…one in Learning and Organizational Change and another in Advertising, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from Northwestern University. She has served on the Northwestern University Board of Trustees as well as numerous other posts.

Currently she does Pro Bono work for The Shedd Aquarium, Children’s Memorial Hospital and volunteer teaches at the Chicago Botanic Gardens school program.
