Project Director

Kristen is a Project Director with Insight to Action. She brings over 13 years of experience building results-oriented brand and marketing programs. Her experience includes identifying new product and service concepts and extensions, developing positioning and identity strategies, optimizing the customer experience, designing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research to drive consumer insights, and creating strategic marketing plans. From an industry standpoint, Kristen is grounded in both business to consumer and business to business environments, with a concentration in financial services, healthcare and consumer goods. She is also a trained moderator, skilled in facilitating group discussion and decision making.

Prior to joining Insight to Action, Kristen was a Senior Engagement Manager at Prophet Brand Strategy, an international innovation and brand consultancy. There, she led cross-functional work with Fortune 500 companies such as Nationwide, Boeing, Kellogg’s and Abbott.

Kristen received an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, with a concentration in Marketing and Management/Strategy. She received a BA from Northwestern University, where she majored in History and Business Institutions.
