Chris Prociv
Chris brings over 20 years experience in marketing consumer products, in brand management as well as new product innovation and strategy. She has grown top-line revenue of highly successful businesses such as Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Kraft Parmesan cheese while at Kraft Foods as well as developed new brands and products across numerous food categories at Kraft, ConAgra and General Mills. Her skills include strategy development, positioning, ideation, marketing, mergers and acquisition and finance.
Most recently while Vice President, Innovation at ConAgra Foods, she developed and launched new breakthrough products, such as all natural Alexia Crunchy Snacks and new health and wellness products. At Kraft, Chris developed the natural/organic strategy, identified and acquired an external brand and launched Back to Nature across four food categories. She also created the first-ever short shelf life fresh salads proposition, Kraft Fresh Creations, which demanded new distribution systems and processing facilities.
Chris created and taught a New Product Advertising training course at Kraft. She enjoys mentoring new product professionals and leading cross-functional and cross-category teams. Prior to business school, Chris worked at Kidder Peabody as a financial analyst.
Chris received her MBA from Harvard Business School with a concentration in marketing and a BA from Barnard College majoring in Economics.
